She has had her own personal experience of fertility issues, and now helps people find creative solutions to preparing, cooking, and succeeding on a low carb high protein diet to increase fertility health.
Her meal plans and recipes are based around the research of fertility and IVF expert, Dr. Russell, who showed that a diet of less than 40% (healthy) carbohydrates and more than 25% proteins was the optimum diet for increased egg and embryo health.
Ivana is Fertility Food Plan's licensed nutritionist. She has a postgraduate formation in Obesity and Cardiovascular risk factors (diabetes, hypertension, high blood cholesterol, metabolic syndrome and obesity).
She works as a freelance nutritionist and runs her website at www.tipsdefitness.com.
