Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (284 g) salad greens
  • 1/2 cup ripe olives
  • 3 plum tomatoes cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 2/3 cup Greek dressing
  • 1 pkg. (114 g) crumbled feta cheese

GREEK DRESSING

  • 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1 lemon squeezed)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, juice, garlic and seasonings
  2. Toss greens, olives, tomatoes, onion, and cucumber into a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese
